Callaway Golf Europe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fixed Term Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to cover a period of maternity.
Work Arrangement: This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team.
The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will join us on a full time, fixed term basis for 12 months, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:
The main purpose of the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative is to become a strategic partner to our key clients, fostering long term relationships and succeeding (if not exceeding!) sales targets. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned accounts needs, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively with the team and across departments to develop customised solutions. The role will be primarily focusing on the customer but will include admin tasks aligned to the role (order entry, returns process, etc.).
With excellent attention to detail and communication skills, the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will have the ability to multitask whilst focus remains on the customer and achieving targets.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of the golf industry and have the desire to become an expert on Callaway products. If you have proven experience in B2B sales this would be an advantage.
