Our client is a reputable Global Logistics Provider. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as "Inside Sales cum Sales Support Executive".

In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :

• Responsible for managing daily sales activities in the freight forwarding & logistics industry, including customers enquiries , sales quotations, shipment coordination & supporting the sales in any other activities to achieve business goals
• Proactively reach out to leads, prospects and customers. Cold calling is required
• Organizing and assisting nurture leads to ensure no opportunities are overlooked & capturing them in CRM
• Ability to prioritize tasks & balance multiple responsibilities during fast paced sales activities
• Support to close sales & achieve sales targets
• Preparation of sales quotations & assist Sales on RFQ
• Support to source rates from various vendors & overseas agents
• Assist in preparation of sales promotional materials, sales kits when required
• Any other sales support activities when required
• Support to drive & coordinate consolidation program
• Collaborate with team members from other departments & overseas offices to achieve collective goals
• Support & drive sales leads via push / pull with other offices.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Maritime, Supply Chain or Logistics or other related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or international trade is a definite advantage
• Also open to entry level candidates in Maritime/Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools is an added advantage
• Understanding of Incoterms, customs requirements and international shipping documentation
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn new tools, processes & industry trends. Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• A team player with strong collaboration skills to coordinate with various departments & overseas offices
• Good verball and written communication to engage prospects and customers
• Strong problem solving skills with positive mindset & adaptive competencies
