Job Description

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business segment remotely located within the US with some on site required.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Under limited supervision, support customer facing sales force by responding to incoming Customer calls/emails, qualifying the Customer and routing qualified Contacts/Leads to appropriate Sales Team Member
  • Compile budgetary quotes for simple to complicated jobs by gathering technical data, Customer presentations, lead time and other sources.
  • Receive, process orders and identify any issues while managing invoices and shipping notices for simple to complicated jobs while communicating order status, inventory status and other associated information to customer facing sales force.
  • Resolve Customer issues where applicable, escalating as needed to others for resolution (including shipment and after sale)
  • Periodically review and report on inventory and stock levels, checking for discrepancies and taking action as needed.
  • Actively support all Branch personnel in the sale of products to retail Customers across varying levels of tasks.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

This position is for the PG PEM National Accounts team and would be working directly with the Account Management Specialists and the Account Managers.

  • Responsible for entry of new and renewed contracts in BMS.
  • Assist with invoicing research; process credits and rebills as required.
  • Assist with purchase order/work order retrieval from customer portals.
  • Additional administrative tasks when needed.

Education/Experience Requirements would be:

  • Basic knowledge of BMS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate across various teams.
  • Adaptability in handling repetitive and process-driven tasks efficiently.
  • Strong accountability and follow-through on commitments.
