As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you will focus on quoting transactional customers, following up on opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing tenders across the assigned region to support sustainable business growth and strong customer relationships.

What you will be doing

You will manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle for transactional customers in your region, preparing and following up on quotations, nurturing cold and warm leads, and acting as a key point of contact for existing and potential customers. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you will handle tender preparation and execution in the system, update origin and destination costs and quotes, and report on quotation performance to support decision-making and drive regional growth. In doing so, you will ensure that all activities are executed in alignment with STC’s Safety and Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO22000, Ecolavados, SQAS Tank Cleaning, CDI IMPCAS, AEO, CT-PAT).

Key responsibilities

• Follow-up on cold leads by sharing relevant STC content and related information.
• Tender preparation and execution in the system.
• Prepare quotations for clients, ensuring competitive pricing that meets both customer expectations and company profitability goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, handling inquiries and providing information about services.
• Report on monthly quotations issued, measuring win/loss within the region and agreeing follow-up policy for transactional customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of customer operations.
• For selected customers and/or countries: create and update quotes, and assist Sales in preparation of the various responses to customers’ tender replies and pricing matrices; Origin/Destination costs update: creating and updating quotes, including those for the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 or more years as sales support, or commercial analytics.
• Experience working with data tools, CRM platforms, or logistics databases is a plus.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in logistics or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
