OCD Anxiety Centers is the nation’s leader in achieving positive outcomes with clients dealing with Obsessive Compulsive, Anxiety and Trauma related issues. We have a true passion for bringing help and hope to some of the most underserved clinical populations. We strive to change the lives of individuals and their families who have been suffering from unrelenting anxiety, disturbing and terrifying thoughts, uncontrollable worry, exhausting behaviors and rituals, and avoidance that keeps them from living their lives. We are an evidence-based practice, which means we do what works, we stay up to date with scientific research, and we regularly attend international training to keep us at our very best.
The success of our organization is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees, clients, and community. Our values are connected to our work at OCD Anxiety Centers and are measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct.
We set the bar that high for practical and aspirational reasons. Candidates with similar ethical standards, who have the ability to adapt in a fast-moving working culture, and are committed to providing excellent client service are encouraged to apply.
The Admissions Specialist is responsible for providing professional and effective communication with clients, families, and professionals. Effective communication is manifested in appropriate clients admitting into the appropriate program. They assist prospective clients throughout the admissions process, possess expert knowledge of our services, maintain positive relationships with clients, listen, answer questions, and follow up as needed. The Admissions Specialists also proactively contact clinical professionals and referents, both current and potential, and explain the services we offer and seek to secure referrals into our programs.

Our program offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, as well as a Virtual IOP option. Treatment is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and is complemented by ACT, DBT, and thoughtfully selected CBT interventions. Clients can expect ERP in a group setting, where they work on their exposures in a supportive and collaborative environment.
OCD Anxiety Centers was founded by Paul Peterson after his own family experienced the challenges of both anxiety and OCD. The organization has treated more than 6,000 clients and continuously refines care through data-informed practice, tracking outcomes weekly.
Clients typically experience life-changing symptom reduction. In collaboration with University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, research found that 79% of OCD clients who completed OCD Anxiety Centers' IOP experienced so much symptom reduction that they were considered recovered by the end of the program.
