Our experienced Drafting & Design Department partners with customers to bring restaurant concepts and operational visions to life.

Fellers Foodservice is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our Restaurant Marketplace team.

This role is ideal for someone with foodservice industry experience who wants to grow into a professional outside sales career. You will begin by developing expertise within our showroom environment, assisting customers with equipment, smallwares, and supply needs, while building the product knowledge, relationships, and sales skills necessary to transition into an Outside Sales Representative role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and inbound inquiries with product selection, pricing, and availability
• Develop strong product knowledge across restaurant equipment, smallwares, and disposables
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with our Drafting & Design Department on larger customer projects and equipment solutions
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer service goals
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
• Represent the company at occasional industry events and customer functions
• Develop the skills and client relationships necessary for advancement into outside sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant equipment sales experience strongly preferred
• Foodservice industry background preferred (restaurant operations, dealer, distributor, or related experience)
• Strong customer service and consultative selling abilities
• Self-motivated with a desire for long-term career growth
• Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Spanish language skills are a plus
