Role: Inside Sales Associate– Credit Card Growth

We are seeking a performance-driven Inside-Sales Associate to convert and activate Zolve Credit Card users across Indian outbound and US-resident student/professional segments. You will own the funnel from lead engagement to first transaction, ensuring clarity, trust, and a smooth onboarding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Call and follow up with leads daily through CRM.
Assess customer profile and update CRM with accurate status.
Maintain strong connection and first-contact quality.
Target: ≥70% connection rate | 100% CRM accuracy.
Explain card benefits and process clearly.
Assist prospects via call/WhatsApp to complete applications.
Address doubts on eligibility, KYC, and usage.
Target: ≥40% application completion.
Guide users through activation and Apple/Google Pay setup.
Encourage first purchase using rewards/benefits.
Target: ≥30% complete first transaction within 10 days.
Maintain clean, real-time CRM data.
Submit daily and weekly conversion reports.
Follow communication standards; avoid high-pressure tactics.
Participate in QA audits.
Target: 0 violations | ≥90% QA score.
Share insights on objections and funnel gaps.
Contribute to script/process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–6 years of telesales or financial-product sales.
Strong outbound calling background.
Strong English communication (neutral accent).
Persuasion, objection handling, and high call stamina.
CRM proficiency & disciplined documentation.
Target and results-driven mindset.
Credit card sales experience.
Understanding of US student/professional life.
WhatsApp-based sales experience.
KYC/AML basics.
Empathetic, trustworthy, ethical, and persistent.
Coachable with high ownership.
