Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Bangalore, India

Function: Commercial Sales

Sitero is seeking a high performing, strategically minded Inside Sales Associate with industry expertise to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be a critical driver of new revenue and opportunities by identifying, tracking, and receiving prospective pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotechnology companies who would benefit from Sitero’s suite of products and services. This role serves as a critical support function to our outside business development commercial teammates as you will assist the sales cycle’s process from the first stages of inbound/outbound lead generation to ultimately sales closure.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of Inside Sales functions which includes cold calling, emailing, social engagement, marketing campaigns, and overall CRM database management. You will leverage your existing skillset to leverage, strengthen, and support the commercial sales cycle in the beginning phases of lead gen and customer identification.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social engagement) to initiate contact with decision-makers and influencers at prospective biopharmaceutical and Medical Device organizations.
  • Crafts and delivers compelling messages tailored to each target, clearly articulating Company’s unique value proposition along with Company’s product and service offerings.
  • Executes key campaigns activity to broaden market awareness and deepen engagement.
  • Reviews inbound Marketing leads and evaluates fit based on prospect needs, pipeline stage and strength, current/future projects, financial status, and alignment with Company’s capabilities.
  • Qualifies and transitions well-vetted leads to the appropriate Business Development team member for further engagement.
  • Maintains detailed, up-to-date documentation of all outreach activities, lead qualification outcomes, and account intelligence within CRM systems (e.g., Pipe Drive).
  • Provides real-time feedback to Sales and Marketing on prospect engagement trends, messaging effectiveness, and areas for strategic refinement.
  • Continuously engages prospects through thoughtful follow-up, sharing relevant updates and opportunities to maintain interest.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education

  • Bachelors Degree required

Experience

  • 1 year relevant work experience required; 3 years preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven ability in writing, revising, and editing technical communications
  • Experience in supporting marketing initiatives
  • Skill in developing design and layout of materials to be published in a client-facing manner
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement tools; disciplined pipeline management and forecasting habits.

Full Time, Permanent

COMMITMENTS:

  • Work from Office 3x per week, 2x per week Work from Home
  • Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday – Friday. Additional hours as needed.
  • Flexibility to accommodate Eastern Standard Time working hours due to crossfunctional team support and customer obligations
