Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM (subject to overtime)
This position will remain open until 4/14/2026, or until the position is filled, whichever is later. This position is onsite only. No hybrid or remote work available.
Brief

Position Summary:
Responsible for acquiring sales orders from new and existing residential customers while providing the highest level of comprehensive customer service and maintaining strong profit margins.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Primary:
- Answer customer phone calls, qualify leads, and follow up on opportunities; approx. 40+ calls a day
- Promptly and professionally process sales orders, provide product knowledge and advice, and coordinate requested delivery or pickup times
- Create quotes on a regular basis and follow up on them weekly
- Call or email local Reps and factories as needed to obtain product knowledge, pricing, spec sheets and product availability
- Work your open orders daily, both Staged and shipped
- Administer the highest level of comprehensive customer service by facilitating the quickest delivery possible, maintaining rapport, and promptly troubleshooting issues while presenting a professional image in alignment with Rampart’s values
- Aid in keeping project’s on schedule by planning and coordinating the procurement and delivery  of products to the customer, communicating shipping dates and changes to branch personnel
- Collaborate with Purchasing for procurement needs
- Operate ethically in accordance with Rampart’s established systems, policies and procedures
As Required:
- Courteously handle customer returns
- Ensure warranty requirements and responsibilities are understood by the customer
- Help the Counter and Kwik Call as needed
- Assist with customer events and outreach functions
- Assist loading customer products
- Maintain currency on product and technical knowledge as well as current construction trends
- Successfully complete all assigned training within given timeframe
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Education, Skills, Training, & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Product & industry knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Physical Requirements:
- Continuously (67-100% of the day) will be required to sit, talk, repetitively use hands, arms, and legs, and use eye/hand coordination
- Frequently (34-66% of the day) will be required to sit, stand, walk, and lift or carry 10lbs or less
- Occasionally (1-33% of the day) will be required to bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push or pull, grasp, use fine manipulation and lift or carry 10-100+ lbs
