What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the branch team, helping customers, supporting sales, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.
You’ll:
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by being responsive, helpful, and reliable
Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing
Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customers with a high level of care and professionalism
Stay organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in orders and communication
Proactively follow up with customers to support their needs and keep projects moving
Work closely with your team to solve problems and deliver a great customer experience
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers who rely on you to get things right

Customer service or inside sales experience
Comfort working with systems like ERP software (Prophet 21 is a plus)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
