Baird & Warner’s New Client Care Team (NCCT) is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA). This isn't just a lead-taking role; it is a relationship-building powerhouse position. You will be the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and renters, acting as the bridge between initial interest and a closed deal.
As an ISA, you will leverage a sophisticated tech stack to qualify leads, nurture long-term prospects, and seamlessly transition ready-to-act clients to our field agents and mortgage partners.
