& Sales Agent Responsibilities
Leverage robust outbound sales skills to expand membership base, reaching out to leads provided by the company and demonstrating exceptional follow-up techniques.
Apply effective inbound sales skills to enhance membership base, employing professional selling habits to engage and attract potential customers.
Utilize keen observational and active listening skills to identify and develop additional selling opportunities.
Demonstrate proficiency in following an effective and streamlined sales process.
Engage prospects through rapport-building, delivering personalized and value-based presentations.
Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Employ problem-solving skills to address and overcome objections from prospects.
Establish and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
Prioritize member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
Demonstrate the ability to adhere to quality assurance guidelines on every call.
Minimum Qualifications
Property and Casualty License required or ability to obtain
College degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
Background in Insurance (Property and Casualty) preferred
Required to obtain a Property and Casualty license within a designated time
Proven ability to convert and close sales opportunities
Skillful in overcoming objections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
Flexibility to work any assigned shift during business hours
Proficient computer skills required
