As part of the Avaya Commercial Sales Organization, the Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role selling Avaya’s cloud solutions to Small & Medium Business current Accounts. To be successful in this role the Sales Rep must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, solution selling, leading product demos, negotiations and closing deals to meet sales quotas.
· Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
· Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
· Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
· Perform effective online demos to prospects
· Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
· Maintains records of all activities in PRM system
3+ years discovery-to-close / quota-carrying sales experience
Proven experience in achieving sales goals in the technology industry
Strong preference for Avaya product knowledge
Demonstrated technical acumen required for product demonstrations
Excellent relationship-building skills
Data management – Quoting and Opportunity system management (SFDC)
The position can be worked from any US home office location.
The pay range for this opportunity is from $100,000 to $160,000 (base + commission) + benefits. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies.
