Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Belgium

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from market research and prospecting to negotiations, account development, and customer retention. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, positioning UPS as a trusted logistics partner.

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored UPS products and services.
• Selling additional solutions and retaining existing business.
• Supporting the successful onboarding and integration of new customers into UPS operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Analyzing customer volumes and revenue trends, providing valuable business insights and recommendations to the wider organization.
