Job Description


  • Contact inbound leads from Home Depot, Costco, website inquiries, and other marketing channels

  • Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for in-home consultations and showroom visits

  • Follow up with customers after proposals or bids have been provided

  • Prepare and manage custom quote requests

  • Build relationships with builders and contractors to generate new leads and partnerships

  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system

  • Provide excellent customer service and timely communication


Requirements


  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making outbound and follow-up calls

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
