Part-Time Sales Representative

Access Pro Supply | Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only

Access Pro Supply is looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn based on the business they generate.

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position with no traditional hourly or salary compensation. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance.

Compensation

Earn up to 10% of the gross sale amount on qualifying sales.

• Sales with a 25% or greater gross profit margin earn the full 10% commission
• Sales below a 25% gross profit margin earn a proportionally reduced commission
• There is no cap on commission earnings

Commission Examples

$10,000 Sale | 25% Gross Profit Margin

• Commission Rate: 10%
• Commission Earned: $1,000

$10,000 Sale | 20% Gross Profit Margin

• Commission Rate: 8%
• Commission Earned: $800

$10,000 Sale | 15% Gross Profit Margin

• Commission Rate: 6%
• Commission Earned: $600

Commission Advance Option

For approved sales activities, Access Pro Supply may provide a commission advance of up to $20 per hour while you build your sales pipeline.

• The advance is applied against future commissions earned.
• During the first six months, advances will not be recoverable if earned commissions do not exceed the advances.
• After the initial six-month period, future advances may be offset against earned commissions.
• If you elect to receive the commission advance, company-approved timekeeping software may be required to track approved sales activity.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new commercial customers
• Develop new business and sales opportunities
• Contact business owners, purchasing contacts, and decision-makers
• Present Access Pro Supply products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects and active opportunities
• Generate quotes and move opportunities through the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Work independently to generate revenue

What We're Looking For

• Commission-driven and motivated by earning potential
• Sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
• Confident communicator who is comfortable initiating conversations
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and persistent
• Comfortable with outbound sales and handling rejection
• Commercial, construction, building products, or related sales experience is a plus
