Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour + appointment-setting bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role

Ameritech Facility Services is looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mansfield, TX.

This is a high-activity inside sales position for someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone and communicating with customers through email. The primary focus will be generating new business, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective customers
• Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries
• Identify and qualify potential customers
• Set appointments for the sales team
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments
• Meet activity and sales objectives
• Provide professional and responsive customer service

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and other sales tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour
• Additional bonuses for appointments set
• Bonus structure to be discussed during the hiring process
• Full-time position
• On-site in Mansfield, TX
• No travel required
• No company vehicle or truck required
