Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions.

This role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual who can combine structured sales execution with strong collaboration across Sales and Marketing functions to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through strategic outreach methods, including calls, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Actively promote and support the sale of cybersecurity solutions and services, targeting enterprise and mid-market customers across the MEA region.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns.

  • Manage and maintain accurate pipeline activity using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce or equivalents).

  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

  • Provide regular market and customer insights to support sales strategy and marketing effectiveness.

  • Support both inbound and outbound sales activities, balancing warm and cold outreach to build a qualified sales pipeline.

  • Contribute to overall business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting the broader sales organization.
Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development roles.

  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical solutions and market dynamics.

  • Strong team player with a results-oriented and professional mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French is a plus.
