Cisco Supply, LTD is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process orders efficiently, and support the daily operations of our masonry supply business. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed.

Key Roles / Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order placement via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on masonry products, including mortar, block, stone, steel, and other construction materials.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software for order entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism in daily operations.
  • Occasionally assist with lifting and moving products weighing 30+ pounds.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English; Spanish language ability is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
  • Capable of lifting and handling products weighing 30+ pounds.
  • Preferred - Knowledge of masonry and construction materials (mortar, block, stone, steel, etc.).
  • Preferred - Experience working in a supply yard or similar environment.

Working Conditions

  • Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, climb, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
  • The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting and carrying.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting on a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels, vibrations, and bright lights; and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases; and all climate types including hot and cold temperatures, humidity, rain, snow, etc.
  • Able to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, breathing protection, and hard hats when needed.
  • Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
  • React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet.
  • Must be able to move and lift to 40-pound wooden skid or pallet.
  • Ability to travel throughout facility as required to conduct safety inspections.
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
  • Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
