Job Location: Precast Specialties LLC - Fort Pierce, FL 34981

Position Summary:
Inside Sales is responsible for customer service within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customer with quote needs
- Receive and respond to customer calls and emails
- Provide lead time and order updates to customers
- Entry orders into ERP system
- Manage customer documentation from order receipt to shipment
- Basic math and data entry
- Customer service

Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in construction-based sales and customer service
- ERP data entry experience
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Time management and multitasking skills

Work Environment:
- Full time in office
- Occasional jobsite visits
