Key Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Schedule: Full time, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday work week, 8:30AM to 5PM.
- Conduct Sales: Exclusively through phone, email, and online channels.
- Order Verification & Documentation: Enter sales orders into the system with a high level of accuracy.
- Customer Service: Build customer relationships while demonstrating products and services available.
- Upsale: Utilize sales techniches and negotiation skills to grow account sales.
- Communication: Process credits and follow up as needed, maintain profiles updated, and serve as a backup for the receptionist.

QualificationsInside Sales

Qualifications
- Age (Required): Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual (Required): Must speak Spanish and be able to take customer produce orders.
- Experience (Preferred): 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Education (Preferred): High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication: Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Accuracy: Demonstrates a strong sense of attention to detail and able to multitask.
- Work Ethic and Reliability: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and effective time management.
