Join our Sales Team as an ICAM / Channel Inside Account Manager (all genders) and help scale our business by enabling partners to reach high-potential customers and grow them into long-term, enterprise-ready relationships.
Partner, Distribution & Ecosystem Leadership
Put partners at the center: build, enable, and grow a strong channel ecosystem.
Manage distribution relationships end-to-end and drive partner-led deal flow.
Engage with end customers through partners to expand footprint and accelerate ARR.
Scale our reach by developing a high-performing partner network across the region.
ARR Growth & Expansion
Drive new ARR and expansion across your assigned customer and partner portfolio.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and convert small deployments into broader platform adoption.
Lead demos, discovery, and workshops for complex partner-involved opportunities.
Customer Relationships & Retention
Build trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders
Proactively manage customer outcomes to protect and grow ARR.
Turn customer questions into commercial opportunities.
Solution Selling & Value Creation
Apply value selling, challenge assumptions, and create urgency within partner-driven opportunities.
Tailor solutions based on business needs, industry context, and partner capabilities.
Expand from single use cases to multi-use-case adoption.
Product & Market Expertise
Maintain strong knowledge of the full TeamViewer portfolio and competitive landscape.
Stay current on market trends and customer industry developments.
Continuously build expertise through learning and cross-functional collaboration.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Monitor account and partner performance to adjust strategies.
Apply MEDDPICC and Sandler methodologies consistently.
3–5 years B2B SaaS/tech sales experience.
Strong account management and solution-selling skills.
Proven history of working with partner.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation.
Able to understand complex needs and translate into solutions.
High drive, ownership, and hands-on mentality.
Strong analytics, disciplined pipeline and CRM usage.
Entrepreneurial, organized, handles multiple accounts well.
Fluent English; extra languages helpful.
Familiar with SaaS sales cycle and market dynamics.
Senior experience of at least a year & one year of working with partners
