Winpak Division is seeking an Inside Account Coordinator to join the Marketing Department in Winnipeg, Manitoba

The Inside Account Coordinator is at the heart of our customer operations, serving as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, and logistics. In this dynamic role, you will build strong relationships, coordinate solutions, and ensure customer needs are met with accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Inside Account Coordinator champions the voice of the customer throughout the organization. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and sales representatives, providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Manage customer orders from initial request through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, graphics, quality, and finance teams to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and achieve on-time delivery commitments.
  • Communicate customer requirements related to product specifications, artwork, pricing, forecasts, and packaging to ensure accurate execution across departments.
  • Monitor order status, production schedules, and customer commitments, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or service concerns.
  • Analyze inventory levels, customer usage trends, and forecasts to support continuity of supply and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and communicate inventory reports, forecasts, and service-related metrics to support informed decision-making and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication flow, and service levels through collaboration and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, food safety requirements, and continuous improvement practices while contributing to special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a customer-focused and cross-functional environment, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, packaging, or operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required managing multiple priorities, coordination of competing deadlines, and maintenance of a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and effectively while building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • 2+ years of experience using ERP and/or CRM systems to manage customer information, orders, inventory, or business transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate fluently in French (verbally & written)
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • Experience using cloud-based applications and digital collaboration tools preferred.

Additional Details:

  • This position is fully onsite at 100 Saulteaux Crescent, Winnipeg MB
  • Work schedule – Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
