Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide a data migration approach fromSNPtool point of view and providepointofviewsforthe datamigration strategy being shared bydatamigration partner.

• Provide inputsregardingall steps of migration using SNP starting from datacompatibilityanalysis, Shellcreation,Control systembuildandconfiguration,Data migrationbuildand unittesting ,Validationand verificationprocess .

• Share the knowledge of the SNP tool specifics with theclient teamand help them navigate and ask right questions to the data migration partner.

• Provide inputs related to the SNP strategy for uptime/downtime,endto enddata migration process, datavalidationand verificationstrategy.

• Have good knowledge of how toperformend to endmigration with SNP and can bring the learnings ofpreviousBluefield projects with SNP.

• Wouldbe responsible forproviding key inputs to the strategy andmigrationplaybookdocuments.

• Will helpclientto analyzeand understand any data defects coming duringdatamigration processandincorporate the lessons learned toleveragein the S/4 migration of upcoming sectors.

• Help theclienttobuilda data COE with knowledge in the SNP tool so that in the longerrun,clientisable torun the data migration on their own usingSNPtool.

• Drive the daily cadence call with data migrationpartner,be part of daily statuscalls,weekly ops committee call and biweekly calls within the data workstream and provide weekly status report of activities for workstream to the PMO.
