We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead initiatives in the Agriculture sector This full-time, onsite position requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Agri Business Management and expertise in Agri Cooperatives Development The role is critical to driving impactful results within the organization, contributing to the growth and development of agricultural cooperatives

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development of agricultural cooperatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals and the agriculture sector's needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, and industry partners.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development within the agriculture sector.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

20 to 21 years of relevant experience in the agriculture sector, with a focus on agri-business management and cooperative development.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Agri Business Management.
• Certifications: Certification in Agri Business Management is required.
