As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:
The Managed Services Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale managed services engagements within the financial services domain, including banking, cards, and payments.
Mandatory skill sets:
This role requires ownership of ongoing programs such as production support, application maintenance, and platform operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. The individual will act as the primary interface for client stakeholders, driving governance, performance reporting, risk management, and continuous service improvement, while leveraging domain expertise to align delivery outcomes with business objectives.
In addition to delivery leadership, the role involves active participation in solutioning and pre-sales activities for new and existing managed services opportunities. This includes defining delivery models, estimating effort, structuring pricing, supporting RFP responses, and designing scalable and efficient operating frameworks. The candidate will be expected to contribute todealpursuits andexpansions ,while building and leading high-performing teams, driving automation and transformation initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth across managed services engagements.
