In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead configuration and implementation of all Finance modules including Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses. 2. Collaborate with Finance teams to automate financial transactions and compliance processes. 3. Configure Record to Report (R2R) cycles and manage Accounting Center setups. 4. Design financial reporting and consolidation frameworks in Workday. 5. Manage financial security settings and audit requirements. 6. Ensure integration of financial data with other enterprise systems. 7. Support month-end and year-end closing activities within Workday. 8. Optimize business processes for procurement, expenses, and asset management. 9. Train finance teams on Workday Finance modules and reporting tools. Stay updated on financial regulations affecting Workday Finance systems

Mandatory skill sets:

· Experience in multiple Workday implementations · Knowledge of project methodologies like Agile/Scrum · Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or Integrations

Preferred skill sets:

With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday

· Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience · Overall experience can vary between 2- 7 Years

Education qualification:

· Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred · B.E/B.Tech + MBA · ERP Implementation Exp
