As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Veeva RIM Consultant with 4–7years of experience in Veeva Vault RIM implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate will work closely with regulatory affairs teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives forglobal lifesciences organizations.
Responsibilities
Configure and implement Veeva Vault RIM applications, including Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documentation.
Conduct workshops with regulatory stakeholders to understand business processes.
Configure workflows, objects, security, document lifecycles, and metadata.
Support system testing, validation, deployment, and post-production activities.
Collaborate with technical teams onintegrationsand data migration.
Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, user guides, and training documentation.
Support release management and application enhancements.
Ensure compliance withGxP, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory standards.
Participate in production support and issue resolution.
Required Skills
4–6 years of IT/Consulting experience in the Life Sciences domain.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM.
Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs processes and submission management.
Experience in Veeva Vault configuration, workflows, security, and document management.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agilemethodology, and validation processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with global regulatory teams is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, ora related field
Veeva Vault RIM certification is preferred.
Exposure tointegrations, REST APIs, and data migrationisan added advantage.
