In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.

& Summary:

The Valuations Group specializes in valuation of a wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) thatassistsclients in taking key decisions in several areas including strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers,divestituresand joint ventures), internal/financial restructuring, strategic decision making and legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Good academictrack recordand strong work ethic.

• An understanding of valuation, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools.

• Attention to detail.

• Self-motivated attitude andableto work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposureto databases such as Bloomberg,Capitalineetc. is a plus.

• Internship experience in valuations /corporate finance space is a plus but notrequired
