& Summary:We are looking for a seasonedServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of at least Two ServiceNow module (CSM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC, or APP Engine)

• Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities

• Able to understand complex customer requirements and design effective solutions for the same

• Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST)

• Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)

• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalogitemsand updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

• ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technicalconfigurationand deployment

• Understanding of ITIL framework

• Experienced to work in Agile software development environments

• Very goodcommunication & presentation skills, proactivemindsetand capacity to learn and work independently

ServiceNow CSA Certification is mandatory

Mandatory skill sets:

• Interact with external customers and development of robust and performant solutions

• Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business requirements

• Focus on delivering the solution as configurable and provide alternate solutions wherever possible

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience of rolling out-out standard mobile applications available on ServiceNow

• Experience on implementing chatbots and AI

• Knowledge of DevOps & automated testing

• Service Portal development in ServiceNow

• Experience in working on public clouds – AWS, Azure, GCPetc

• Experience in Product evaluation

• Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions

• Exposure in defining UX

• ITIL & ServiceNow certified
