In SAP technology at PwC, you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Work as a functional SAP REFX consultantin implementation/support/enhancement projects
Configure and support SAP RE-FX modules, including:
Lease-in / Lease-out processes
Contract management
Rent calculation & adjustments
Settlement and posting processes
IntegrateREFX with FI (Accounts Payable/Receivable, GL)
Analyzebusiness requirements and prepare functional specifications (FS)
SupportUAT, SIT, testing cycles, and defect resolution
Handleproduction support issues(tickets, incidents, change requests)
Workwith business stakeholders to improve real estate business processes
Ensurecompliance with IFRS 16 / Lease Accounting standards(preferred)
Provideperiodic reporting and documentation
Mandatory skill sets:
6–8 years of SAP experience with minimum 3–4 years in SAP REFX
Strongknowledge of:
Lease contract lifecycle management
Condition types, posting parameters, and settlement
Integration with SAP FI
Experiencewith S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory)
Goodunderstanding of Lease Accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)
Abilityto write functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers
Stronganalytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred skill sets:
SAP Modules: REFX, FI (mandatory)
Knowledge of SAP Asset Accounting integration(nice to have)
Experience in data migration / LSMW / migration cockpit(optional)
Exposure to interfaces and reporting tools
