Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Project Lead

Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of experience to manage the various SAP and Non-SAP AMS engagements
• Should oversee the delivery of various in-flight programs. and manage cross-functional onshore and offshore teams
• Create project plan and client value prepositions
• Drive project governance, ensure seamless delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Should be able to manage team, hiring and project invoicing
• Should have exposure to the Agile and Waterfall methodology

Mandatory skill sets:

Lead large, complex SAP-enabled transformation programs for strategic clients, typically at C‑suite level. Responsible for overall program governance, delivery quality, risk management, and client relationship management across the full lifecycle of SAP initiatives (S/4HANA and related cloud solutions).

Preferred skill sets:

• 5+ years of relevant experience to manage the various SAP and Non-SAP AMS engagements
• Should have exposure to the Agile and Waterfall methodology

Years of experience required:

Typically **6+ Yrs of experience in consulting or industry, with a strong focus on SAP programs.

Education qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any other Graduate.
