As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: · Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Statement of Work, etc.) · Work with clients to analyze business requirements, map processes, and design system configurations. · Configure and test Fieldglass tenant for integrations, workflows, rate cards, and approval chains. · Support integration with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA / Ariba / SuccessFactors. · Develop and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and user guides. · Manage UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support. · Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with SAP support, and provide ongoing enhancements. · Collaborate with global teams to ensure solution alignment and process consistency. · Experience integrating Fieldglass with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or Ariba. · Good understanding of procurement, vendor management, and time & expense processes. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. · SAP Fieldglass certification (preferred). Nice to Have: · Experience in multi-country or global Fieldglass deployments. · Familiarity with API-based or middleware integrations (CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.). · Exposure to analytics and reporting in Fieldglass. · Consulting experience with Deloitte, Accenture, or SAP partners (optional).
