As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) is SAP's cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, combining sales and service functions (SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) to manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve engagement across sales, marketing, and service teams, accessible on any device with a mobile-first, user-friendly SAP Fiori interface.It'sa Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offeringthatintegrates withbackend systems like SAP ERP,providinga unified view of the customer and features for account management, opportunity tracking, social media integration, and real-time analytics.

• Modules: Includes SAP Cloud for Sales (opportunity, account management, pipeline) and SAP Cloud for Service (case management, support).

• Mobile-First:

 Designed for easy access and use on mobile devices for field sales and service reps
