You will analyse user needs, design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise user engagement, increase user satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Designand develop solutions using Salesforce FSCand core Salesforce platform
CustomizeFSC features such as:
Financial Accounts
Household model
Client Profiles
Action Plans
Relationship Groups
Developusing:
Apex, Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components
Visualforce (if required)
Buildintegrations with external systems (e.g., banking systems, payment platforms)
Mandatory skill sets:
Strongknowledge of:
Salesforce FSC (mandatory for FSC roles)
Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL
APIs & Integration
Data Loader / ETL tools
Preferred skill sets:
