As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Responsibilities
Utilizeexpertisein GuidewirePolicyCenter(PC)to contribute to project implementations, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver technical solutions that align with businessobjectives
Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration using Guidewire tools and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuringoptimalsystem performance and functionality.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Guidewire technologies and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
Proventrack recordof delivering high-quality solutions in a senior associate or similar capacity.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Sector Expertise
While sector-specific experience is not mandatory, familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus. Candidates with domain knowledge of policy administration systems will have an added advantage.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote and in-office work. The specific schedule can be discussed during the onboarding process, ensuring flexibility whilemaintainingproductivity and collaboration.
