In testing and quality assurance at PwC, you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area, you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., Apache JMeter, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for test automation and data manipulation.
Solid understanding of system architecture, network protocols (HTTP/S), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).
Ability to analyze and interpret complex performance data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
