Marketing Expertise: Lead marketing strategies for farm and non-farm products, including food processing, handloom, handicrafts, and tourism-related enterprises like homestays. - ProductDevelopment:Developand promote products tailoredforfarm and non-farm sectors.

Value ChainDevelopment:Build, support, and enhance sustainable value chains.

Sector Collaboration: Work with agriculture startups, food processing units, and enterprises in handloom, handicraft, and tourism sectors to bolster entrepreneurship and market accessibility.

Strategic Partnerships:Collaborate with organizations like Amazon andBlinkitto enhance marketing capabilities for local products.

MarketingResearch:Conductresearch toidentifymarket trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation.

Experience & Qualifications -

Work Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on marketingfarmand non-farm products.

SectorExpertise:Proventrack recordof working in agriculture startups, food processing, handloom & handicrafts, tourism, and allied sectors.

Value Chain Development:Demonstratedexperience in developing and supporting value chains for rural enterprises.

Marketing Knowledge:Extensive experience in marketing strategies, marketing research, and product development.

EducationalQualification:Bachelor’sor Master’s degree (specific qualification type not provided but advanced degree preferred).

Preferred Sector Expertise Candidates with prior experience working with organizations such as Amazon andBlinkitwill be highly regarded. Knowledge of rural entrepreneurship, marketing for homestays, andagri-startups is essential.
