As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 Developer to join our team. As a Magento 2 Developer, you will be responsible fordesigning, developing, andmaintaininge-commerceplatformbased on the Adobe Commerce community/enterprise/cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Magento 2 modules, themes, and extensions to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform Magento 2 installation, configuration, and upgrades, ensuring compatibility andoptimalperformance.
Create andmaintainintegrations with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and ERP systems.
Optimize the performance and scalability of the Magento 2 platform, including database tuning, caching, and code optimization.
Troubleshoot and debug Magento 2 issues,identifyingand implementing effective solutions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Stay up to date with the latest Magento 2 features, upgrades, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of developed modules and features.
Providetechnical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
Must have experience with Headless implementation usingGraphQL
Proven experience in developing and customizing Magento 2-based e-commerce solutions.
Strong understanding of Magento 2 architecture, custom modules, themes, and best practices.Proficiencyin PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, KnockoutJSand related web technologies.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of Magento 2 performance optimization techniques and caching mechanisms.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate with third-party systems.
Solid understanding of e-commerce concepts, including catalog management, shoppingcart, checkoutprocess, and payment gateways.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, witha keenattention to detail.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adobe commerce developer certification will be addedadvantage
Location –Pan India, preferable for Gurgaon/NCR/Kolkata/Chennai
