As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations.

We are seeking a dynamicSenior Associate withexpertiseinGuidewire -Policy Center (PC) to join our team. This is aFull-Time Employee (FTE) role with a hybrid work environment. The role will be a part of a transformative project starting onJuly 20, 2026 , and concluding onMarch 31, 2027 This position offers an exciting opportunity to work oncutting-edgetechnologies within a collaborative and innovative team.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize theGuidewire Policy Center (PC) application to meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams toidentifyand resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the overall design and development of Guidewire-based solutions.
Provide technicalexpertiseand mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Guidewire technologies and incorporate them into project solutions.
Ensuretimelydelivery of project milestones whilemaintaininghigh-quality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Guidewire PC implementation and development.
ProvenexpertiseinGuidewire - Policy Center (PC)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in ahybrid work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Sector Expertise
While sectorexpertiseis not specified, experience ininsurance or similar domains where Guidewire is widely used would beadvantageous
Work Environment
Type Hybrid (Combination of remote and on-site work as per project requirements).
