*Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process including ideation, conceptualization, execution, and delivery of high-impact visual assets aligned with business objectives.
Develop creative concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, print media, and corporate communications.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate briefs into innovative designs.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to elevate the visual identity of the company and its products.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry developments to continually bring fresh ideas and best practices.
*Mandatory skill sets
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
Expertise in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc.
Strong portfoliodemonstratinga range of design styles, creative problem solving, and successful project delivery.
Deep understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring junior designers and leading creative projects.
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles would be an advantage.
