Responsibilities:

You willbe responsible forthe full-cycle finance andoperations.Thisis a highly visible role that interacts with many other departments, including private funds, treasury, tax, and finance teams in other parts of the world:

• •Record and maintain accurate books and records for all transactions involving the off-shore entities; work closely with the private funds finance & operations, tax, legal and treasury teams to obtain and document proper understanding for eachtransaction.•Performand review regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identifydiscrepancies.•Managingthe AP process, and other regulatoryfillings.•Performand review intercompany reconciliations across business groups and regionalentities.•Assistwith quarterly consolidated process and ensuring accurate and timely quarterly deliverables relating to offshore entities in accordance with both IFRS and USGAAP.•Calculateand compile private fund managementfees.•Maintainorganized and well-documented policies and procedure documents and timelyupdationof thesame..•Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping and financialreporting.•Assistin preparation of various analyses and reports for senior management to support their business decisionmaking.•Assistin special projects, as needed.

Mandatory skill sets:

• CA with2-8years of experience working in a corporate accounting or audit firm, preferablyinfinancialservices or asset management.

• The ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, adapt quickly tomanagechangingpriorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

• Very strongattention to detail

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task,prioritizeand meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, andpro-active, with respect to both managing workloadandprofessionaldevelopment.
