*Responsibilities:
You are the day-to-day point of contact for clients and Associate Director and Directors on projects. You structure and engage teams to deliver high qualityoutputs;
Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that enterprise clientsface;
You help develop the business and acquire new clients and engagements, including the identification and pursuit of business opportunities by forging strong clientrelationships;
You are involved in defining and delivering digital strategy projects to ourclients;
You drive strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs.
You represent the voice of business strategy, leading the synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data to ensure project address their needs.
You drive ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of features and use cases.
You help lead a cross-functional team of strategists and technology experts to deliver client-value
*Mandatory skill sets
You have 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy, digital concept definition, digitalrealization;
You have delivered advice to clients on how to go from strategy to impactful consumer-facing digitalsolutions;
You have experience with several of the following digital interactions (B2C or B2B): digital service concepts, e-commerce platforms, self-service platforms, smartphone applications, chatbotsetc.;
You have experience in project management and know how to ensure to deliver qualitative work in collaboration with client teams.
You have a strong business sense and know how to translate business objectives into digitalsolutions;
You partner effectively with business stakeholders & solve problems. You’re comfortable and effective at framing decisions with clear and logicalarguments;
You have extensive experience with design sprints and concept creation with the use of design thinking as aphilosophy;
You are up to date on digital trends, mobile development, onlinemarketing;
You have good product intuition and reinforce decisions through a deep understanding of customer insights and analytical data and are well-versed with using tools like MS Excel andPowerBIfor visualisation andanalysis;
You understand agile development processes and have worked collaboratively with cross-functionalteams;
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving, fluid and dynamic environment. You know how to push things forward and constantly push toward clarity and successfuldelivery;
You have strong written and oral communication skills, with experience facilitating group discussions and building high quality presentations inPowerPoint;
Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense ofautonomy;
Excellent communicationskills;
A global mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to function in globalteams;
People management and project management experience
