Responsibilities
Weare looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in program, scheme, or project management within the agriculture domain. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage programs, schemes, or projects within the agriculture sector.- Ensure the effective planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives.- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals.- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.[Text Wrapping Break]- Report progress and results to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.- Drive innovation and best practices in project management processes
