Responsibilities
Lead projects relating to Contract Life Cycle Transformation (CLM), Contract Analytics and implementation of CLM technologies
Manage a team of associates and senior associates
Serve as a functional subject matter expert on contracts and contract life cycle management
Lead implementation ofCLM technologies and tools, including Gen AI technologies (such as Sirion, Icertis or equivalent)
Lead understanding of as-is Contract Lifecycle Management processes suchas: contract types, business context for various contract types, processes on maintenance of standard templates and clauses, reviews, approvals, negotiations, amendments and approval processes, work-flows, amendments, renewals, contract digitization, obligations monitoring and others
Review processes to identify process and control gaps and inefficiencies
Lead the design anddevelopmentof future state processes to simplify, standardize and improve processes to meet business needs, leveraging technology tools
Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support assessment/evaluation project
Preparation and review business requirements documents
Lead contract analytics projects to prevent revenue and cost leakages and analyze various aspectssuch ascommercial and othercritical terms in contracts, obligations monitoring, analysis ofsales, purchases and other types oftransactions Perform root cause analysis to determine underlying gaps and develop solutions to address these
Maintaindocumentation of process overviews, details and process flows.
Communicate with clientsto assist in developing effective process vision, process strategy and process maturation.
Maintain and update documentation of process overviews, details and process flows.
Perform Project Management and reporting activities – progress and status tracking, reporting and presentations on project status and issues
Act as main point-of-contact for customers and internal teams in addressing process-related enquiries.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
Showcase product/solution conceptandofferings via presentations, demos and effective documentation
Demonstrated experience in creating business case, industry specific decks, conducting client demos and support with proposal creation
Actively contribute to developingtechnology tools leveraging AI
