As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. Business Analysis

1. Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and trace business and functional requirements.

2. Process & Data Analysis: Map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive solution alignment.

4. Testing & Validation: Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure business needs are met.

5. Knowledge Leadership: Own end-to-end analysis for strategic initiatives; act as SME for requirements.

6. Performance Management: Balance multiple priorities and bridge business-IT communication.

7. Domain Knowledge: Either one of Retail, Healthcare, Pharma, Banking, Travel & Hospitality

Communication

1. Strong verbal and written communication.

2. Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories/specs.

3. Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs effectively.

Tools & Methodologies

1. Proficient in: Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence.

2. Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Business Process Modeling, Change Management, UI/UX Design Thinking

2. Data Visualization, Analytics, and Modeling , Aladdin platform

3. Generative AI Use Cases, Storytelling

Basic Qualifications

· 7 – 11 yrs of relevant experience

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

· Relevant certifications; CCBA/ECBA + Agile certifications

· Location: Bangalore, working Model - Hybrid: 3 days/week from office in city of employment (mandatory)

· *Mandatory skill sets · Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills · Proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented practitioner with a deep business process, consultative focus · Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Strong communication skills · Able to work and collaborate with people of diverse personalities and various backgrounds. · Experience in understanding a process, and how information flows thru the process and apply that to a Workfront model. · Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment · Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.) · Effective work, time management and organizational skills despite of work volume. · Technical support experience with strong interpersonal communication and troubleshooting skills *Preferred skill sets · Experience in ERP IMplementation *Year of experience required · 5+ years of experience in client facing implementation work (integration, software development, networking, operations, reporting, etc.) · Proficient with Workfront or any other Work management tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Monday, Write etc*Years of experience required · 5+ years of experience in client facing implementation work (integration, software development, networking, operations, reporting, etc.) · Proficient with Workfront or any other Work management tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Monday, Write etc. *Education Qualification · Bachelor’s degree 5+ years overall experience in Software development · B.E/B.Tech + MBA
