Responsibilities:
Work Experience:
• Experience in Businessanalysisand Process/Service Excellence
• Assessing existing processes, process performance, process documentation and governance,assistin the creation of to-be state processes anddevelopandexecutecontinuous improvement programs
• Act as a bridge to align processes connecting business, operations, technology, and support teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, and stakeholders’ management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of (one or more):
o CMMI framework
o ISO 9001 / 20000 standards
o Agilemethodology
o Changemanagement principles
o SixSigma trained (Green Belt / Black Belt).
Mandatory skill sets:
6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations / Sales Excellence / Process Consulting. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry is strongly preferred
Experience with Operations and Technology implementations in the organizations. Delivery and operations with global exposure preferred
Ability to work with stakeholders across the organizational spectrum. Being part of organizational governance processes is desired
Experience with business Process design, Business blueprints, Validation of process improvements & Technology interventions, Aligning value delivery, Process architecture & Design, Governance & Control models, and Playbook development
Facilitate workshops to gather business workflow information, approval flows, and existing governance structures. Gather user requirements and process rules / controls
Document the current As-Is process, identify the deficiencies, and define the To-Be state while identifying the levels for business process improvement and automation opportunities with tangible results
Experience with end-to-end process mapping across the core business and support functions of the organization. Experience with driving and managing process and performance improvement projects in the organization
Experience in the development of Policies, SOPs, and work instructions based on the transition of business processes from different parts of the organizations. Processes can be for core business or support functions
Ability to assess the performance of processes based on distributed data across the organization. Experience with managing data and documentation across varied environments.
Preferred skill sets:
Desirable certifications (one or more): Change Management / Business Analyst Certification / Certified Scrum Master / Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) / ISO Lead Auditor / ISO Internal Auditor / any other.
