As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continuallyresearchingnew technologiesto drive innovation and sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstratesthorough abilities and/or a proven record of success including the following areas: 

● Developing CI/CD toolchains centered around tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub 

● Actions, Argo CD, Artifactory, Azure container registry, Google containerregistryand other similar tooling. 

● Developing modulesutilizingtools such as Terraform &Pulumi  

● Demonstrating knowledge of security requirements, including working with encryption at rest & in transit patterns. 

● Demonstrating knowledge of tools like Azure Key vault, Hashi Corp Vault, Google KMS. 

● Utilizing security tools like Veracode, Blackduck for AppSec testing, Qualys scanners for infra testing and Twist lock/Aqua for container scanning. 

● Working with tools like GitHub/Gitlab for source code management and well as experience with branching strategies likeGitFlowand trunk based. 

● Kubernetes at scale using one of GKE, AKS, EKS or RKE. 

● Deploying automationin order toidentifytoil and opportunities to reduce that within the team. 

● Setting up observability tools like Prom/Grafana, Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk to give 

Documentation: Keep detailed records of processes and systemarchitecture

Cloud Networking Experience (Public/Private IP, Routing, Firewalls, Remote Management tools like SSH, RDP)
At least one certification (Beyond AZ-900 is acceptable)

Experience with AVS (Azure VMware Solution)· A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Preferred skill sets:

Platform Evaluation: Assessnew technologiesand tools for improvement.
Backup & Recovery: Ensure data integrity with robustbackup solutions.
