Responsibilities:

SAP FSCM

• Configure and support SAP FSCM modules:

• Credit Management

• Collections Management

• Dispute Management

• Cash Management

• Biller Direct (preferred)

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Support credit risk assessment and customer credit exposure management.

• Participate in FSCM enhancement and transformation projects.

SAP FICO

• Configure and support:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting (AA)

• Bank Accounting

• Cost Center Accounting

• Profit Center Accounting

• Internal Orders

• Product Costing

• COPA

• Perform business requirement analysis and functional design.

• Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Integration & Support

• Work closely with SD, MM, Treasury, and other SAP teams for cross-functional integration.

• Analyze and resolve support tickets and production issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

Project Implementation

• Participate in all phases of SAP project lifecycle:

• Requirement Gathering

• Fit-Gap Analysis

• Solution Design

• Configuration

• Unit Testing

• Integration Testing

• UAT Support

• Go-Live & Hypercare

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users and finance teams.

• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.

• Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 4-7 years of SAP FICO/FSCM consulting experience.

• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects and support experience.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or support projects.

• Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.

• Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and conducting testing activities.

Preferred Skill Sets:SAPFICO, FSCMCertified, Consulting Experience
