Responsibilities:

  •  Design and developAgentforceagents within Salesforce.

  •  Configure and managePrompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent Actions

  •  Build conversational flows leveragingLLMs, natural language processing, and AI prompts

  •  IntegrateAgentforcewithSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external APIs

  •  Develop and maintainApex classes, LWC components, and Flow automations

  •  Create and optimizedata models and knowledge bases for AI responses.

  •  Ensure security, governance, and compliance of AI-driven interactions.

  •  Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI solutions.

  •  Monitor agent performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Mandatory skill sets:

 3–8 years of experience inSalesforce development

 Hands-on experience with:

  • Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Agentforce Einstein Copilot / AI Cloud

  • Prompt engineering & AI model usage

 Strong understanding of:

  • CRM processes (Sales, Service)

  • REST/SOAP APIs and integrations

 Experience withData Cloud / Knowledge /OmniStudio (preferred)

 Familiarity withGenerative AI concepts, LLMs, and automation frameworks

Preferred skill sets:

 Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

  • AI Specialist / AI Associate (Agentforce-related)

 Experience with:

  • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Salesforce AI Cloud

  • Conversational design

  • Chatbot development

Years of experience required:

4 to 8 Years
